Hiring rules

• 🆘 EMERGENCY If you hear any unusual sounds or have have concerns pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• 💦No Free Camping.
• 💦No Candles of any description are to be lit or used within this van
• 💦Off Road Use Hirer MUST PreApproved for Off Road and Itenery supplied.
• 💦Min 3 Day Hire & 5 Days during Peak Periods (School and Public Holidays)
• 💦Dates are not secured until booking has been paid for in full.
• 💦Failure to empty and clean the toilet cassette will incur a cleaning fee of $250.00
• 💦The Awning MUST NOT be extended, remain out / extended or unattended in windy gusty conditions.
• 🚭No Smoking in or near the van (totally Prohibited)
• Please report any damage no matter how minor.
• 🔥IT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS HIRED OUT IN, with the exception of general minor wear and tear. Pretty Fair Otherwise a $250.00 clean fee may be charged🔥
• NO OFF ROAD TRAVEL. (Unless Prior Approval)
• NO ANIMAL / PETS ON THE LOUNGE / BEDDING AREAS.
• WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
• The fee is a small contribution towards our costs of each hire including things like; kitchen consumables, bathroom consumables, gas, prehandover clean and safety check. The service fee doesn't cover things like mud, sand or salt nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior & exterior), you can opt to pay the $100.00 'clean the van for me' option or the $250.00 option 'clean the van for me including toilet'.
• We will deliver the van up to 2000km.
• We have set delivery fees that include delivery and pick up, cost of fuel, Time, set up and pack down of the van as well as a comprehensive briefing of the caravan (particularly if this is your first time using a caravan).

  Unfortunately we were unable to be at the handover which meant we required instructions on basic use of some things in the van, however there weren't any available, we did contact Chris and he did assist. The van was comfortable and exactly as explained & Chris's communication was spot on, however we were disappointed with the lack of kitchenware that was available, no tongs, no board/tray for nibbles, no microwave container, only 2 dinner plates & not having the above made that frustrating, no powerboards, no coffee machine, Chris did offer to deliver the coffee machine the next day, we did decline, any of the above would not stop us hiring again through Chris we would just pack the kitchen items we thought would be a standard.
