We recommend a powered site to enjoy Lottie to the fullest. An air con unit is provided for the summer months only. Combined with 2 Sirocco fans and the unique foam insulated construction, the van is surprisingly comfortable all year round. Basic pantry foods, condiments, tea & coffee are provided. Fridge is a 130lt capacity so if you need more cooling space we suggest you bring your esky. Both indoor and outdoor cooking is available. No smoking, pets or crazy parties are allowed. The van must be tidy and all rubbish removed at end of hire. Delivery further than 100km can be discussed.

Hiring rules

• No smoking inside the van
• No moving or relocating the van after delivery and set up
• All rubbish must be removed by the hirer
• Van left clean or you can request for us to clean for an additional fee.
• Please clean to the same condition as the start of the hire
• Please pack up awning before strong winds.
• DAMAGE: Please report damage immediately.
• Excessive cleaning will incur an extra charge.
• Service fee covers gas cartridges, 1 toilet cartridge per booking, clean linen(sheets and towels) basic pantry and bathroom consumables.
• NOTE 7 day minimum hire = 6nights
• EXTRA NOTE Significant discounts for long hire over 30days

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Lottie was perfect for us as a 6 day stay on site. Cooking equipment was more than we needed, coffee machine was a great help, very light and airy and enough room for a comfortable stay. And does get a lot of interest on-site, be willing to show her off to all of her admirers!

  What a delight! Lottie is the sweetest van, full of warmth and style and with every convenience you need for your holiday. I arrived to the van beautifully set up, with linen, towels, lounges, coffee and coffee machine ready. Loretta walked me through the use of the van, but it is all so simple and easy! Even the fancy toilet is a breeze. Loretta was helpful and responsive, and so accommodating. The van has a simple yet effective set out, and the bed is very comfortable and feels bigger than a queen. Neither my son nor I wanted to leave after our holiday in our little yellow house, and we cant wait to rebook the beautiful Lottie.
