Additional Information We love our Road Owl and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We ask that you look after it and care for it as if it was your own, and please return it in the same condition as when you picked it up. Hiring rules

• We love our brand new family triple bunk caravan and are so excited to be able to share it with you! It’s an amazing home away from home and we ask you to please respect and treat it as if it was your own 😊
• We offer delivery and set up to your chosen location around the Sunshine Coast, with discounted delivery to some parks, otherwise calculated @ $1.50/km. We currently do not offer selftow.
• NO Smoking in or near the van / NO Pets / NO Festivals / NO OffRoad / NO Dirt Tracks / NO Corrugated Roads / NO Beach Roads without prior written approval via the Camplify message platform.
• The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• Cleaning the caravan must be returned cleaned and in the same condition as at the beginning of your hire. 
Excessive cleaning will incur an extra cleaning fee of $100.00.
• If used, the toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned or will incur a further $200.00 clearing charge.
• Return the van in the same cleaned condition as when it was received by you.
• Toilet and other cleaning charges apply if not satisfactorily cleaned prior to its return (see below).
• Emergency If an accident occurs, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call us!
• Report ALL damage or breakages to us no matter how minor. If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• The hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
• WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
• The fee is based on the average cost to replace consumables and prepare the van to the same condition as when your hire started, including things like kitchen consumables, bathroom consumables, linen, gas, prehandover cleaning and safety check.
• The service fee doesn't cover things like mud, sand or salt nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior & exterior), you can opt to pay the $100.00 'clean the van for me' option or the $200.00 option 'clean the van for me including toilet'.
• If you breach these simple house rules, the fees will be recovered from your bond.
• Minimum stays apply for hires during certain periods. Rates vary as per the calendar.

  We had a lovely stay in Johan & Lyndelles caravan for the week. It was comfortable, well set up, and suited our needs perfectly. The owners were also lovely and very easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

  Great Van and Johan was super and set it all up for us and showed us how to use everything. Was ideal for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. We stayed 4 nights on a powered site with connection to water. We enjoyed lovely hot showers. All cooking facilities we needed. 5 stars for good vibes. Thanks Johan and family for sharing your van with us.

  We spent a week at Coolum and this van was perfect. The kids loved the bunk beds and the tv with included movies. We would definitely hire this van again.

  Second time weve hired this van. Johan is so easy to deal with, took us thru all we needed to know to get the most out of our stay. Van in great condition, would recommend to the other families.

  Johun was extremely lovely to deal with. Handover was seamless even in torrential rain. Communication over the holiday was easy and the van was in excellent condition. There was plenty of necessities available in the van free to use for comfort and accessibility. One minor issue was to possibly provide more storage for customers holiday gear. Overall a positive experience. We will be rebooking in the future.
