Special towing information

A portable electric brake controller can be provided upon request at an additional fee. Towing experience is required and a vehicle with a minimum 2750kg capacity with electric brakes fitted. I can supply a controller, adapters with notice (at an additional fee) and towing mirrors can be supplied. At the time of booking, please confirm your towing vehicle and towing capacity, towing experience, confirm electric brakes have been fitted and you have a 7 or 12 pin flat plug.

We present a great caravan for your holiday; we only ask that you look after it and return in the same condition 😊 A DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID IMMEDIATELY AFTER APPROVAL OF YOUR BOOKING SO TO SECURE YOUR DATES. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE BOOKING BEING CANCELLED If drop off, set up, pack up and pick up is required we reserve the right to charge a surcharge on quotation based on booking season and availability. This additional fee will appear in “relocation fee” if applicable

Hiring rules

Hirer must empty and clean toliet failure to do so will incur an additional $250.00 cleaning charge this is non negotiable.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $115.00 per day
Service fee: $80.00
Delivery fee: $2.50 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Owner Andy was very helpful whenever a question arose during the time we were using his van. In DecJan 2024 and again in 2025 we spent a month in his Road Owl van camping in Cotton Tree Park. Highly enjoyable in this van with plenty of extra items.
