House on wheels, everything at your fingertips with luxury and style. Great experience for a young family with three bunk beds and queen size for the adults. All required appliances are included and ready to be used. The van is like new and well maintained with everything in working order. The van comes with two TV's, one for inside and one for outside. A water filtration system that allows you to drink water from the van once connected to the main water. A Weber Baby Q is included free of charge however I do ask you to clean it once used otherwise additional cleaning charges of $50 will be applied. Two gas bottles are included and will always be full. You don't need to refill them or swap them as it's all part of the service. The van does come with basic kitchen utensils and are there for you to use. Outdoor dining table and two seating benches are in the van for you to use however if you don't require them and you want that extra boot space, please let me know to remove them prior your collection of the van.

Minimum day's hire: - 3 days (non-school holiday's) - 10 days (Easter school holiday's) - 7 days (for June & Sep school holiday's) - 15 days Christmas school holiday's - 3 x gas burner and 1 hot plate (works only with 240 v) - 188L Dometic Fridge & Freezer 2 way (240v & 12v) - Hot water to tap and shower (240v or Gas) - Microwave (powered by either 240v or off grid through 2000w inverter - Filtered tap water - Water is pumped to kitchen tap and shower and works on 12v and 240v. - 280Ah Lithuim battery on board charged by 3 x 160 roof solar, 240v ACDC charger or 12v DCDC charger (through grey Anderson plug connected to tow vehicle) - 3 x 95 fresh water tank. - Bike racks (2 adult size bikes capacity fitted on the front of the van. - Jerry Can holder - TV works on 12v or 240v - Dometic ibis 4 aircon and heater works only on 240v - Plates, cups, mugs, bowls. - Cooking utensils and cutlery inlc. - Cooking equipment - knife, pots, pans chopping board. - Awning - Camping mesh floor - 15amp lead (20m) - 15amp lead (25m) - Fresh water hose to connect caravan to water main. - Sewer hose - 2 x 4kg gas bottles.

Hiring rules

  • 1. No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
  • 2. Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (In Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
  • 3. No smoking inside / no pets / no festivals.
  • 4. Hirer age restriction (25+).
  • 5. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • 6. Caravan must be returned cleaned, or you'll risk a cleaning fee.
  • 7. Standard pick up and drop of times are to be discussed and agreed upon.
  • 8. No free camping.
  • 9. Any damage must be reported immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 they will advise you how to contact road assistance. Then call me.
  • 10. If barbeque is used, it must be cleaned. Failure to comply a $50.00 cleaning fee will be applied.
  • 11. Payment of a deposit is required within 48 hours of your booking being approved otherwise I may cancel it.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
