Robert was very easy to deal with we loved the van very spacious. The only issue we had was we couldnt use the tv because the antenna handle inside had problems. The heater also stopped working during the last night we had it. If you hire this van please make sure you take an adapter to suit a 12 pin plug we were caught out when we arrived without 1.
