Minimum hire period Victoria dates: 3 days off peak 4 days for public holiday weekends 5 days for school holidays 7 days for Christmas holidays Pick up and drop off times are flexible Please allow extra time for handover, 15min-1hr depending on your experience.

Hiring rules

  • EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
  • CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
  • Hirer must empty toilet before returning if it has been used, otherwise an additional fee of $100.00 will be charged.
  • Hirer must be over the age of 25.
  • Hirer must have a 4x4 with electric brakes.
  • No pets inside
  • No smoking inside
  • Please respect our van and return it clean inside and out
  • When towing van and reversing, hirer must be cautious. Having a spotter for reversing would be recommended.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Caravan was so great! Second time we have used it and still the best part of the trip! The facilities are amazing, beds are so comfy and Glen is so easy to deal with. Will definitely book again!
