Hiring rules

  • No smoking or vaping in the van
  • In case of EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise you how to call the NRMA. Then call/txt me
  • Strictly no festivals
  • Minimum 10 days hire over Christmas/New Years
  • 4 day minimum during long weekends.
  • Deposit must be paid within 48 hrs of booking approval
  • Return the van in the same cleanliness that it was given, if excessively dirty a $550.00 cleaning fee will be applied
  • Remove all items from the fridge. Dirty fridge=200 cleaning fee.
  • 400KM/day allowance included in booking fee, excess km's will need to be approved before hire
  • Report any damage immediately either by text msg or phone call
  • Strictly no offroad driving
  • Please refill fuel to full
  • Pick up and drop off times between 10am 5pm
  • $100.00 Fee per hour for late return
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The Van bed was amazingly comfortable. A full deep sized mattress. It took the idea of camping to a whole new level. All of the simple amenities of what you need came with the van. Including a camp fridge and camp stove It drove well, with no problems. Aircon and heating were great. Kim and Kate were fantastic to deal with. Overall a wonderful experience. Thanks for providing a great service.
