- Please treat Arnie like your own tiny home on wheels. Treat him well and he will take you to places :) - Arnie is shaped like a brick and so he doesn't usually win in drag races. He is not the fastest, also not a huge fan of hills (flooring the gas pedal doesn't help, so please be gentle), but is very reliable and takes you almost anywhere. At the end of the day It's about the journey anyway! - Fuel tank has 70l capacity which gets you +-540km on highways, and +-420km when driving in the city while still leaving 5l of fuel in the tank. I recommend getting fuel around that 450km mark. - The pick up location is 2 minutes walk from South Yarra station. Full location and hire details will be provided shortly before your hire commences. - Please note that Arnie does NOT have AC. Hiring rules

• Pick up Anytime on the first day of booking :)
• Drop off by 6pm on your selected date.
• No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
• Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
• No smoking/vaping inside please :)
• Please return Arnie in respectable clean condition.
• There is an ETag in the Campervan, so if you choose to take a Freeway or Tollway, all fees and charges are the responsibility of the hirer. The toll fees must be paid within 7 days of the trip ending. Should we receive any unpaid toll notices, this will be sent to you and extra fees will apply.
• Any illegal parking fees or towing fees, will be the sole responsibility and at the expense of the hirer. If you are free camping, please check online for approved areas or free camping sites.
• Kilometre limits – 200 kilometres per day are included in the booking price. You will be charged $0.30 per kilometre for additional distance travelled over the total allowance. (calculated over the whole trip length, so for a 4 day booking, you can travel 800km)
• Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
• Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
• Please don't use any high power load appliances with the inverter such as hair dryers or so as it's only rated for 300W (600W Surge power) which is more than enough for charging laptops. Look at appliances power info prior plugging in or message me please.
• Fuel – return filled with unleaded fuel. (91 octane, please do NOT fill with E10). Arnie comes with a full tank upon departure

• Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

  Arnie was perfect for my camping festival trip

  Loved Arnie! The van had everything I needed to be fully self contained. The only downside was the lack of aircon (rented in summer) but it was absolutely manageable and the fan was great. David was very communicative which was great. Would def hire Arnie again.

  We took Arnie down to Wilsons prom and had the best time! The bed was super comfy, and Arnie had all the amenities you could possibly need. You can tell that a lot of love and thought went into creating a comfy space for trips away. David was also so lovely and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely hire Arnie again, and reccomend to anyone looking for a cozy and trusty campervan!

  Arnie was the perfect van for our holiday - clean, well cared for and thoughtfully set up with everything needed for our trip and the layout and solar setup worked really well for unpowered camping. David was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy from booking through to drop-off. We would happily hire Arnie again!
