Hiring rules

  • No smoking or vaping inside the van this helps keep it fresh for everyone 😊
  • The van is provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full.
  • This is 2wd cargo van conversion so not suited for rough tracks, sand, or offroad driving.
  • For insurance reasons, only drivers listed on the booking are allowed to drive.
  • A daily allowance of 200 km is included. Additional kilometres are charged at $0.30 per km.
  • Washing is not required but please return the van interior in a reasonably tidy condition.
  • If anything gets damaged or isn’t working during your trip, please let me know as soon as possible so we can sort it out.
  • Please keep the vehicle height in mind, especially in car parks and lowclearance areas.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
