Hiring rules
- No smoking or ecigarettes in or around the van.
- Van fuel tank to be filled with DIESEL before return.
- No illegal parking/camping.
- Average 200km/day of included kilometres. Excess kilometres charged at 65c per kilometre.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
- If you are heading to the Great Ocean Road be aware of hidden speed cameras! :)
- Pets and Festivals must be agreed to in advance please message me before booking if you wish to bring your furry family member or want to take Frida to a festival or large event.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
