Campervan Rules – Please Read Before You Roll To help keep our campervan clean, safe, and ready for the next adventure, we ask all guests to follow a few simple rules: -No Smoking or Vaping – Strictly prohibited inside the van to maintain air quality and prevent damage. -Clean Up After Use – Please return the van clean, with all kitchenware washed and rubbish removed. -Fuel & Water – Return the van with the same level of fuel and water as when you picked it up. -Drive with Care – No off-roading or rough terrain driving. Treat the van like your own! -No Festivals or Party Use – The van is for relaxed getaways, not wild weekends. Thanks for understanding. -Report Any Issues – If anything breaks or malfunctions, let us know right away so we can fix it for the next guest. Respect the Solar Power – High-drain appliances (hair dryers, heaters, etc.) aren’t allowed as they can damage the power system. Travel Terms & Conditions Your booking includes 250 km per day (e.g., 3,000 km total for a 12-day hire). Extra kilometres are charged at $0.30 per km. Please return the van with a full tank of fuel. Any toll charges during your trip must be covered by you. I really appreciate your care and cooperation—it helps us keep the van in top shape for everyone to enjoy!

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
