Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Fran 5.0The description of the Van was accurate. Very comfortable, plenty of room . We had an amazing time and everything went smoothly, Ken went over and above to help us, and how wonderful to receive a message from Ken and his family, to ask if we would like them to come out and put the van down and tow it back to his home. It saved us a couple of hours, we were so thankful. Would highly recommend this little gem to anyone who whats comfort and plenty of room.
