Hiring rules

Welcome to an Unforgettable Caravan Adventure! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly request that you adhere to the following rules:
Toilet and Cleanliness: Before returning the caravan, please empty and clean the toilet to maintain hygiene standards. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.
Return in Pristine Condition: Kindly bring back the caravan in the same pristine cleanliness it was picked up in, allowing every traveler to enjoy a fresh start.
Grey Water Tanks: Please empty the grey water tanks before concluding your trip, promoting responsible waste management.
Report Issues or Breakages: If any issues or breakages occur during your journey, please contact us before returning the van, so we can address them promptly.
No OffRoad or Beach Driving: To safeguard the caravan's integrity, we kindly request no offroad or beach driving.
Approval for Unsealed Roads: If you plan to drive on unsealed roads, preapproval in writing (through Camplify Messages) is necessary before commencing the trip.
Smoking and Pets Policy: Smoking inside the van is strictly prohibited. While pets are generally not allowed, exceptions can be made upon application.
Hirer Age Restrictions: The primary hirer must be at least 25 years old, and those over 21 might be considered based on towing experience.
Awning Safety: Prior to bad weather conditions, ensure the awning is securely packed away to prevent any damage.
Standard PickUp/DropOff Times: Please adhere to the standard pickup and dropoff times to accommodate the scheduling needs of all travelers.
No Cooking Inside the Van: To ensure safety and avoid odors, kindly utilize the provided outdoor kitchen for all your cooking needs.
Immediate Damage Reporting: If any damage occurs, kindly report it immediately, providing specific details of the incident.
Emergency Response: In case of an accident, pull over immediately, get to safety, and call Camplify at 1300 416 133 for guidance on contacting roadside assistance. Don't forget to inform us as well!
Deposit Payment: A deposit is required within 48 hours of booking approval to secure your reservation. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation.

Hire Fee: From $100.00 per day
Service fee: $200.00
Delivery fee: $1.50 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
