Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise you how to call the NRMA. Then call/txt me.
• =Strictly no festivals
• Minimum 14 days hire over Christmas/New Years.
• Minimum 4 days during long weekends.
• Strict cancellation policy applied during peak times.
• Return the van in the same cleanliness that it was given, if excessively dirty a $550.00 cleaning fee will be applied
• Deposit must be paid within 48 hrs. of booking approval
• Toilet cassette must be emptied and clean upon return or a $300.00 cleaning fee will be applied
• Blocked pipes=$300.00 cleaning fee. Please remove all food scraps from plates before washing.
• Remove all items from the fridge. Dirty fridge=200 cleaning fee.
• 400km/day allowance included in booking fee; excess km's will need to be approved before hire.
• Report any damage immediately either by text msg or phone call.
• Strictly no offroad driving.
• Please fill fuel before returning or an additional fee will be applied
• Toll fees not included
• Linen available for $50.00 per person.
• No smoking and no pets.
• Ensure awning to packed away during mild/heavy winds, an additional fee will be charged if there is damage.
• Pick up and drop off times between 10am 5pm (10am1pm during peak season)
• $100.00 Fee per hour for late return.

  We had a fantastic time! Fawzi and Julie were great with communication. Would definitely recommend to any family wanting to explore RV life. The pick up and drop off service to the airport was very well received.

  Great time had in this motorhome. Extremely spacious inside, with huge amounts of internal storage. 2 fixed beds meant not having to make them each night, which made it very convenient. Fawzi was an excellent communicator, and very accommodating. He was quick to respond when we encountered a couple of issues along the way. Would hire again from Fawzi.

  The van was great, 9800km over 4 weeks mechanically very solid unit. 24foot / 7.3 metres gave us heaps of space. Beds were comfortable. With the Mercedes chassis and the Jayco designed camper everything just works. Thanks Fawzi for giving me and my two sons an amazing experience.
