Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise you how to call the NRMA. Then call/txt me
• Strictly no festivals
• Deposit must be paid within 48 hrs.' of booking approval
• Minimum 14 days hire over Christmas/New Years.
• 5day min during school holidays.
• 4day min on long weekends.
• Return the van in the same cleanliness that it was given, if excessively dirty a $550.00 cleaning fee will be applied
• Toilet cassette must be emptied and clean upon return or a $300.00 cleaning fee will be applied.
• Remove all items from the fridge. Dirty fridge=200 cleaning fee.
• 400km/day allowance included in booking fee, excess km's will need to be approved before hire
• Blocked pipes=$300.00 cleaning fee. Please remove all food scraps from plates before washing.
• Report any damage immediately either by text msg or phone call
• Strictly no offroad driving
• Please fill fuel before returning or an additional fee will be applied
• Toll fees not included
• Linen available for $50.00 per person.
• No smoking and no pets
• Ensure awning to packed away during mild/heavy winds, an additional fee will be charged if there is damage
• Pick up and drop off times are between 10am 5pm (10am1pm during peak season)
• $100.00 Fee per hour for late return

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Fawzi is an absolute legend! He was incredibly accommodating to both my son and me. At one point, we had an issue with the fridge, and Fawzi was willing to drive two hours to help usat 8pm on a Friday night. Thankfully, we managed to sort out the minor problem over the phone. He also gave my son a few fishing hooks and some gear to make our fishing experience even better. I honestly couldnt recommend Fawzi highly enough. Hes a genuinely wonderful person, and the world could use more like him. Thank you again, Fawzi. Well definitely be using your services for future RV adventures!
