Hiring rules

• MINIMUM DAY HIRE:
• • Collection/ Handover: Monday Friday: usually from 7:00 AM to Noon
• (can offer outside these hours depending on staff availability)
• • Drop back: Sunday Friday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
• • Delivery: STRICTLY Monday Friday ONLY from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• • CLOSED SATURDAY
• • CLOSED SUNDAYS that fall within a long weekend
• • Public Holidays: By appointment (staffing surcharge applies)
• APPOINTMENT SURCHARGE APPLIES
• **** HANDOVER & DROP BACK TIME: Available by appointment only, time slots are subject to availability. Links will be sent once final payment has been received ****
• DELIVERY
• • Delivery is charged $3.00/km from our Northside depot to location whilst towing for the first 50km, $2.50 thereafter. Additional charges may apply for toll roads, Sunday, public holiday, and festival collections
• • Minimum delivery charge of $250.00
• • Delivery will be calculated after booking request and location details exchanged
• • Standard delivery includes up to 1hr handover and 30minute pack down at pick up. Anytime spent waiting/ finding/ waiting for campsite will incur hourly surcharges of $75.00 per hr
• • Delivery fee does not include ferry, vehicle permit, toll roads or cleaning
• If you require specific pick up or drop off times, please indicate this in your booking request.
• DEPOSIT:
• • Deposits are due within 48 hrs of booking request for off peak bookings.
• • Deposits are due immediately for PEAK PERIOD or last minute hire within 5 days of booking request
• *** if you are not ready to pay deposit within this period please refrain from booking until you are ready.***

• CLEANING:
• • Hirer must return the vehicle clean (inside and out). “How can was handed over”
• • Additional charges if vehicle returned abnormally dirty, and pets have been detected. Minimum charge penalty $150.00 upwards to $550.00 if of road.
• • Toilet waste disposal/ cleaning charges apply, if not completed prior to returning the caravan. Minimum charge penalty of $150.00
• • BBQ/ Air fryer must return clean. Minimum hire charge penalty $99.00
• • Please do not cook foods with strong odors (such as curries, seafood, or anything that causes lasting smells) in the van, including using the fridge or freezer for such items. Cooking must be done with the fan on. Cigarette smoke and persistent food odors may incur a cleaning fee.

• PETS
• • Small Pets Considered but must be approved upon booking request
• • The van MUST BE RETURNED with no trace of pet due to allergies. Minimum charge penalty $500.00
• • Additional pet fee must be purchased
• • Hire is liable for all costs and damages caused by pets in the event an incident occurs
• • Pets must not be left unattended whilst in the van, rent you are outside of their home zone and can cause anxiety causing unusual behaviour such has scratching through a door/ window.
• SECONDARY DRIVER:
• • Must be disclosed prior to pick up
• • Secondary driver must hold a Camplify account or sign up to agree to their Hiring T&C’s
• • Secondary driver must also supply photo ID at collection point
• AWNING RESPONSIBILITY:
• • Awnings MUST be taken in at night as per Camplify t&c’s
• • Awnings are STRONGLY recommended to be used like a hat, if under awning enjoy it if weather permits. Otherwise PACK IT AWAY
• • Although some vans are supplied with anti flap kits, manufacturers advise is to still pack away awnings in windy/ storm conditions
• • NEVER DETACH AWNING LEGS FROM CARAVAN, the aframe position is strongest practice.
• • If your unsure how to use the awning or forgotten tips from handover scan our awning QR code at the front door area in the van or check out the basic cheat sheet on the back of the card.
• *** MOST AWNING CLAIMS ARE PREVENTABLE, please enjoy and use them responsibly. Any damages occur is full loss of excess ***
• TOWING
• • Should you abandon the vehicle for any reason during the hire contract, ALL associated retrieval and cleaning costs will be charged to you
• • It is your responsibility to ensure when towing the Towing vehicle complies with maximum manufacture towing weights, please see van weights in the info section or contact us for clarification. Resources such as Redbook, car manual and sticker in car door framing is best to find out your vehicle towing information.
• • Our vans are supplied with full clean water tanks, any evidence of dumping water wastefully will be charged a refill fee. In most cases the vans weight distribution is designed around the full water tanks for a safer and more comfortable towing experience. Minimum penalty charge $99.00
• • Electric Brake controllers and tow mirrors are law in most other states therefore, as insurance policy covers the entire Australian fleet tow mirrors are MANDATORY. Tow mirrors reduces road incidents.
• • Reversing, parking, manoeuvring into tight spaces requires a spotter for the safety of others property, persons and caravan.

• • Hire must be 21 years and over, sorry no L, p1 or p2 drivers allowed
• • SMOKING & VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED

  Van was amazing and very clean! We had the perfect holiday together as a family. We had no problems from picking the van up to dropping it off. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved sitting at the table as we drove along. We will be hiring this van again.
