We hired the van, and on initial collection and setup everything was great. The first night of a 3 night hired the van leaked all over the main bed, wetting bedding and anything on the floor. We contacted 3 burrows and struggled to get a response, but thwy acknowlegded they we aware of a leak - we had someone attend the site who gave us a bucket and enquired about anything else. We explained the fridge was also leaking/not staying cool and asked him to check - this is when qe were informed the van had been in for a fridge repaired and they'd had nothing but issues. To knowingly hire the van with significant leaks and a non-opertional fridge was frustrating, but to also be offered no alternative after we asked (we stayed 20 mins from hire location) no apology or no offer of compensation really topped it off. We cut the holiday short after our milk spoiled on night 2 of no fridge; and took our young children home to get warm and dry.

Thank you for your feedback. There had been no previous reports of any leak above or near the bed, only a separate issue previously identified on the rear front wall after the motorhome had been with Avida / Green RV for over a month fixing the leak. The fridge had also been repaired and was operating cold at handover. Due to the extremely heavy rain during your trip, a bucket was provided to capture any drips and prevent water reaching the bed. Unfortunately, applying silicone during those conditions would not have adhered properly or resolved the issue. Were sorry your trip was cut short and that no further communication was made with us regarding these concerns. Mondays are always a particularly busy day with returns from our large fleet of vans. Camplify also allows a 48-hour post-hire period to raise or resolve any issues, which we are still within. Since purchasing this $260k motorhome, we have been working closely with Avida Motorhomes and Green RV to resolve the ongoing manufacturing issues. We appreciate the feedback and continue working with the manufacturer to ensure the vehicle meets the high standard we expect for our guests. Its a shame you didnt feel comfortable raising these concerns further with us directly before leaving a review on a public forum, as we are always happy to assist and work through solutions with our guests.

Third hire from Three Burrows. Always find them helpful. Unfortunately this van had some major issues that cut our trip short. We have listed all our concerns with Three Burrows via text yesterday so just waiting for their response.

The Jayco we hired from 3 Burrows was fantastic!!. It was easy to tow , easy to set up, clea and most of all meet our needs to relax and enjoy our holiday. Will be sure to book again with 3 Burrows and their team.
