Great Van, everything worked as it should. Easy to tow and unhitch whether in a tight caravan park site or off grid. The van had everything we needed as far as kitchen utensils, crockery etc.. Big shower and easy to use toilet, hot water system was great only needed to turn on about 20 minutes before use then shut down to save gas and water was still hot 8 hours later. Fridge works best on gas and stays cold while travelling, we ran fridge on gas even in powered site as per Brendan's recommendation. Great communication with Brendan and lots of little scannable instructions which helped out a couple of times.

The 3 burrows system sent way to nmany reminder emails, making it difficult to find the essential information, it was a nice caravan but is worn out, the roof doesn't close properly anymore and the fridge isn't connected to 12v so all our groceries spoiled during our travels.

Out of all of the vans this one was easiest to tow, the aircon worked great We were off-line camping and had no issues with water or power Very comfortably fit 7 of us

Fantastic holiday and great staff, but the maintenance of the van need attention. There are lots of small things that was broken or not working. Door handle missing, awning pole and cover is damaged, 2nd water tank not working, toilet leaking, 3 mud flaps broken, piston for spare tyres missing, kettle leaks, reflector front missing.

Microwave not secure, oven screws came loose and spare tyre had not been checked and was down pressure when we needed to use it. Tyres were good when we picked van up but obviously needed an alignment as Tyres wore quickly. I think a bit more time on pick up for handover would be good. Talk slower. Overall though very comfortable and had all we needed in it
