It was a great van and had all that we needed. Brendon was so helpful and made drop off easy. We got the drop off time incorrect but he obliged and let us drop off earlier. Will definitely hire from him again!

All was good until there was no fix for the gas hot water. Luckily we had taken a generator. Other than that everything worked as expected.

Thanks again for your feedback. Unfortunately at times caravans can unexpectedly play up with no prior signs during preparation. We do our best to avoid this by thoroughly checking systems whilst taking pre-hire photos confirming everything is working correctly before handover. Were sorry about the gas hot water issue, however glad everything else worked as expected and resolved when plugging into power. Very easy pick up and drop off. Van was fantastic. Our family of 5 fit easily. We all had a great experience using this van. Will be sure to book again.

We lost all power in the second daywe could not lower the roof and nobody knew how to manually lower. Not the best end to a trip

Unfortunately with caravans there can be multiple variables impacting battery usage, while other guests may enjoy weeks off-grid without needing to connect to power.
