  • • OffPeak Bookings: Deposit due within 48 hours of booking request.
  • • Peak Period Bookings: Deposit due immediately upon booking request.
  • ⚠️ If you are not ready to pay within this timeframe, please do not place a booking until you are ready.

  • 🚧 TOLLS
  • • The hirer is responsible for all toll road charges incurred.
  • • Toll invoices will be issued separately (outside Camplify) within 24 hours of booking completion.
  • • Please note: tolls add up quickly.
  • • A $50.00 admin fee will apply if invoices are not paid by the due date.

  • 🛣️ DISTANCE
  • • 200km per day allowance (averaged over your trip).
  • • Excess kms charged at $0.25 per km.
  • • Travel permitted along the SouthEast Coast only (between Melbourne & Cairns) unless prior approval is granted in writing.

  • • Vehicle must be returned clean inside and out.
  • • Minimum $500.00 penalty applies if vehicle is returned excessively dirty, or if pets are detected without approval.

  • • No Learner (L), P1, or P2 licences permitted.

  • • If you abandon the vehicle during hire, all retrieval and cleaning costs will be charged to you.
  • • The hirer is responsible for ensuring their towing vehicle complies with manufacturer towing weights. Refer to van weights in listing or contact us for confirmation.
  • • All speeding fines, parking fines & infringements will be charged back to you + $30.00 admin fee.
  • ⛽ Fuel: Vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of Premium Diesel. Please return full (Premium Diesel only).

  • ⏰ HANDOVER TIMES
  • • If hired with a caravan: Pickup between 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Northside depot only).
  • • If hired without caravan: Remote handover may be arranged outside business hours by prior agreement.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
