Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Michael 5.0Second time hiring this van and was not disappointed. Easy to tow, everything in there and James is great to deal with.
Troy 5.0Great van, some hot water issues however James drove 2hrs in an attempt to fix the issue so credit where credit is due. Great couple to deal with. Only negative thing I have to say is all the fees from Camplify and that if you want to book for 2 nights you need to pay for 3 days.
