To ensure a safe and smooth hire experience, please provide the following details when requesting booking: - Your Tow Vehicle make and model. - Towing capacity. - Brake controller confirmation. - Your Planned destination and trip type ⚠️Requirements: - Suitable tow vehicle with adequate towing capacity. - ensure your vehicle is legally rated set up correctly. - ensure you have a Tow pin DO35 cruise master. - Electric brake controller must be installed and operational. - Driver must be confident and experienced with towing. 📌Please note: - Off-road use is limited to suitable and well-maintained tracks only - Not permitted on extreme 4WD tracks, beaches (Unless approved), or rough terrain. - Hirers are responsible for choosing safe and appropriate access roads. - Hirers are responsible for any damage resulting from misuse or travel on unsuitable terrain. - The caravan must be operated in accordance with provided guidelines and safe towing practices at all times.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
