• These rules form part of your hire agreement in addition to the terms and conditions of Camplify Co Pty Ltd.
• By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all conditions below.
• 🚐 GENERAL HIRING RULES (STRICT)
• • Towing Responsibility
• You must ensure your tow vehicle meets the minimum towing capacity listed in the “About the Caravan section”. Unsure? Check https://www.redbook.com.au/
• • No Smoking or Vaping 🚭
• Smoking, vaping, drug use in or near the caravan is prohibited.
• ❌ minimum $500.00 cleaning fee applies.
• • Pets Allowed (Conditions Apply 🐾)
• o Pets must be preapproved
• o Pet fee must be selected at booking
• o All pet hair must be removed
• o ❌ Noncompliance incurs a $300.00–$500.00 cleaning fee
• o Hirer is liable for any petrelated damage
• • No Loose Items on Floors
• Includes bikes, scooters, eskies & gear.
• Items must be stored securely to prevent damage while travelling.
• • OffRoad & Beach Driving 🚫
• ❌ Not permitted unless explicitly approved in the van listing
• ✔ Up to 10km of unsealed maintained access road to a campsite is permitted
• 🚧 Drive to road conditions at all times
• • Abandoning the Caravan 🚨
• Any recovery, cleaning, transport or associated costs will be charged to the hirer in full.
• • Damage Reporting
• All damage — even minor — must be reported immediately.

• 🧹 CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES (VERY IMPORTANT)

• You must:
• • Wash dishes & wipe benches
• • Dispose of all rubbish
• • Sweep floors
• • Remove sand, mud, red dust & pet hair
• Cleaning Fees Apply If Not Met:
• • Chemical toilet not emptied/cleaned: $130.00–$200.00
• • Excess pet hair or mess: up to $500.00
• • Excess dirt, mud or red dust: up to $500.00
• • BBQ / Air fryer uncleaned: $55.00
• • Heavily soiled mattress protectors: treatment, laundering or replacement charged
• 🛏 Sheets must be used on all beds — even with sleeping bags.
• ⚠️ Strong odour foods (curries, seafood, etc.) must not be cooked without ventilation.
• Persistent food or smoke smells may incur additional cleaning fees.
