Hiring rules

Please note This motorhome does not have a reverse camera as we have found that the cameras have a 3 second lag so they have been disconnected for the safety of the customer. There is also no outside awning on this motorhome.
250kms per day is included in your trip any additional will be charged at $0.50 per km
Additional cleaning fee will be charged if the motorhome is not returned in the same clean and tidy condition as hired out

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Hire Fee: From $220.00 per day
Service fee: $220.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

It was one of the worst experiences we have ever had travelling. From the water leaks, and smell of mould coming from under the seat. Awning was broken so could not use it. Wipers needed replacing Toilet cassette wheel broken TV could get no signal Front seats filthy, and uncomfortable Vehicle was not washed when we picked it up. I would never hire this again.

We had a great trip and picked the van for easy setup and pack up as we had a schedule to keep too. All expectations were met.

The van was great. The hand over was in video format (no in person handover) but Bronson's video was thorough and easy to understand and the RV was ready for us to drive away. We loved that the side extended outwards to create a luxurious space inside. Bronson (and his colleagues) were able to immediately reply to any questions that I had. Would definitely hire again.

Unfortunately we had two significant issues with the van occur during our trip - the water pump stopped working and side extender ceased working. Both issues were looked at by professionals during the trip and we were told it is a problem with the motorhome and not due to our misuse and we continuously updated the owner. We were unable to use water or the side extender for the majority of the trip. After the trip was completed, the owner has placed us at blame for both problems saying that they occurred due to our misuse and has not accepted any fault. This is really unprofessional and has made our whole experience very unpleasant.

We did not receive a proper check in briefing , nobody was there when we picked up the van. Motorhome was not clean properly. We had problems with water , we can not re-fill , due a linking from water tank .
