We loved everything about our trip in Diamond. The van was so comfortable. It took us amount he loop from Perth to Esperance, over to Denmark, Hamelin Bay, Busselton, and back to Perth. Plenty of room and comfort. Handy having the scooters, especially because I broke my ankle on the 3rd last day. Only feedback is to make sure you can download the 'how to videos' before you set off on your journey as most places didn't have cell service to be able to watch them, which made us struggle a bit. The generator was a great extra because a lot of places we stopped were in powered. Didn't run the whole can, but we could charge our phones etc. Thanks Heaps Bronson for a great trip.

Review Motorhome Please dont rent this MH without viewing it first . We had the following Issues with Sapphire 2 We are Experienced travellers so we knew what we were doing No viewing available before hire - will never do that again . Pictures are not correct in advert. Handover very basic and we did want to change to rent another van but that option wasnt available. Sapphire 2 Van has broken bits thru out and some drawers very hard to open . Van very dirty and windows werent clean at all. Motor overheating when sitting on 80km /hr with A/con on. It was only about 30 - 35C.Had to buy coolant and check levels day and night . Only able to do 90km without A/con on ,Very disappointing No hot water at all- gas ignition or electric wouldnt start the hot water. Checked gas and it was working with the fridge. Fridge didnt work off batterys when driving . Fridge didnt keep cool on 240V - works ok on gas only . No reversing camera - this was communicated but needs a solution to being able to reverse . There wasnt even a rear vision mirror to look thru the back window. Table telescopic adjustment broken so unable to lift table to sit down for meals or card playing. Front passenger side step broken, very difficult to get into passenger seat. Screws missing in the interior ladder - very dangerous Main door doesnt stay open - used a strap to hold open Screws missing in the side out body of the MH No trolley handle on toilet cassette , hurt my back to empty it. Toilet compartment very dirty and smelly Unable to move passenger cab seats or adjust them - both seats very hard to sit on. Window near the table has a broken winder bathroom floor soft under foot through walkway and unable to bolt the bathroom door open while traveling. For $250 per day is definitely not worth it . Ruined our holiday , luckily we werent off grid all of the time and this MH doesnt provide what is needed to ensure comfort and what is advertised.

Firstly, the owners are amazing and explained everything whenever we needed! Secondly, the motorhome is comfortable and has everything we needed! Our journey was fantastic!

We had a lovely time in Ruby. Perfect way to travel around see WA. The van was clean and easy to use. Owners were flexible and had good communication before and during hire.

This RV is perfect for a long or short getaway. Drives nicely, good on fuel and provided enough space for 5 adults comfortably. Will hire again next year!

Good van . Mechanical great, cheap on fuel. Had a few small issues but nothing that can't be fixed before the next hirers. Would definitely use again. Bronson and Bec where good to communicate with and very prompt.

It was one of the worst experiences we have ever had travelling. From the water leaks, and smell of mould coming from under the seat. Awning was broken so could not use it. Wipers needed replacing Toilet cassette wheel broken TV could get no signal Front seats filthy, and uncomfortable Vehicle was not washed when we picked it up. I would never hire this again.
