Second time hiring from Bronson and again a great experience. The RV itself is fantastic, the expandable design creates a huge amount of usable space, making both the sleeping and bathroom areas really comfortable and functional. Its well set up for both on-grid and off-grid trips, with everything you need to feel at home. The extra space was a big win, especially appreciated by my partner. Would happily hire again.

We loved everything about our trip in Diamond. The van was so comfortable. It took us amount he loop from Perth to Esperance, over to Denmark, Hamelin Bay, Busselton, and back to Perth. Plenty of room and comfort. Handy having the scooters, especially because I broke my ankle on the 3rd last day. Only feedback is to make sure you can download the 'how to videos' before you set off on your journey as most places didn't have cell service to be able to watch them, which made us struggle a bit. The generator was a great extra because a lot of places we stopped were in powered. Didn't run the whole can, but we could charge our phones etc. Thanks Heaps Bronson for a great trip.

Overall Experience: (3/5) We recently hired this motorhome for a two-week family holiday along the WA Coral Coast. While there were some positives, several issuesparticularly around safety and maintenanceprevent me from recommending this vehicle to others. Positives: Communication prior to the trip was excellent. Bronson was quick to respond and provided helpful documents and manuals via email. Pick-up was smooth, efficient, and well-organised. We appreciated being allowed to collect the motorhome early, and the vehicle was clean, tidy, and full of fuel. Handover took just 1015 minutes, which was very convenient. Areas of Concern: Within the first 24 hours, we discovered the fridge door latch was broken, meaning the fridge couldnt stay closed properly. This made it difficult to keep food and drinks cold and caused the fridge alarm to beep constantly. We had to wedge a heavy water box against the door as a workaround. Around day three, we noticed a gas smell from the LPG storage area. We found a leak in one of the hoses, which could have been very dangerous. Thankfully, we were able to temporarily switch to the second bottle/hose, but its an issue that shouldnt occur at all. Halfway through the trip, multiple warning lights appeared on the dash, indicating potential failures in the vehicles onboard safety systems. With no mechanical knowledge and limited mobile reception in remote areas, this was quite stressful. We contacted Bronson (via his wife, Bec), and while they promised to follow up with a mechanic, we never heard back. I had to follow up myself three days later and was asked if we could coordinate our travels take the van to a mechanic in Geraldton, which wasnt practical given our travel schedule. Additional Notes: A few smaller issues affected comfort and convenience, such as a broken TV lift and lack of a reversing camera (the latter was noted in the listing). We returned the vehicle as scheduled and raised all of these concerns with Bronson, especially the serious safety ones. However, we were surprised to learn the motorhome was going out again the very next morning, likely without repairs being completed. Final Thoughts: The motorhome met our basic travel needs, but the experience raised serious concerns about the lack of ongoing maintenance and safety checks. It feels as though the vehicle is treated as a rental asset rather than something the owners would confidently use themselves. For that reason, I wouldnt recommend this listing unless there is clear evidence that the safety and mechanical issues have been properly addressed.
