PLEASE READ: Important Information About Hiring Our Caravans Pricing: Off-Peak: $90.00 per day (all times outside peak periods) Peak: from $110.00 per day (School holidays, long weekends, and special events) Minimum Hire Requirement: A 3 day minimum hire period applies to off-peak periods A 5 day minimum hire applies during school holidays. For shorter hires during holiday periods, please enter your dates as we often have shorter periods available between hires or message us directly—we may have availability between bookings or another suitable van for you. We aim to be flexible and will do our best to accommodate your preferred times. Pick-Up Times: Monday - Friday: Handovers typically commence early in the day from 6:45am Saturday & Sunday: Pick-up is by arrangement. Drop-Off Times: Monday - Friday: By arrangement. Saturday - By arrangement Sundays and public holidays: Drop-off window is 2PM - 4PM, unless otherwise arranged. Need a different time? If you require pick-up or drop-off outside these hours, please let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate! Delivery & Set-Up Option We offer delivery services within 200 km of Ormiston. Delivery Fee: $3.00 per km (calculated for both drop-off and pick-up). Example: For a location 100 km away, the total fee would be $600.00 (100 km x 2 trips x $3.00). Note: Delivery is subject to the availability of our driver and tow vehicle. Service Fee The service fee includes a standard pre-handover clean. Restocking of consumable items 1 full gas bottle and 1 bottle in use Full water tanks Please Note: The service fee DOES NOT cover excessive dirt, mud, or sand. If you prefer us to handle a full clean (interior + exterior), you can select the ‘Clean the Camper for Me’ option: $99.00 for an internal/external clean excluding emptying the toilet cassette $199.00 for a comprehensive clean including emptying the toilet cassette The service fee is non-negotiable. Insurance Information Please choose the AER (insurance) coverage level that best suits your needs. The minimum age to tow the caravan is 25 years.
