Special towing information
Experience in towing a trailer is advisable. The trailer is fitted with an electronic brake controller. If your car isn't currently fitted we can supply an adaptor so that your car doesn't need to have a brake controller installed. (please select this option when booking) Do35 pin will be supplied for use for your tow ball hitch. Please have a tow ball mount compliant to your car. The Ideal height for the towball is between 550 - 600mm from the ground for towing. It is ideal that the car has a 50amp Anderson plug and a 7 pin flat plug. (Adaptor will be required if you have a round plug)

Hiring rules
- No Smoking is allowed under the annex or inside of the tent.
- No Pets.
- Cleaning will be charged at a standard of $350.00 for cleaning if not returned clean. For offroad or outback use, this will be an additional charge of $450.00
- Use on the beach will incur an additional charge to the hire of $150.00 for removing the salt only. The camper will still need to be returned clean and free of sand.
- Deposit payment is required within 48 hours of your booking being approved.
- If there is a problem with the vehicle, please pull over and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 and select option 4. Please also notify me on 0457 734 064
- There is no cooking inside of the van.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Mark 4.3Sean was great to deal with and very helpful. The van was everything I thought it would be and Sean was flexible and very helpful. Word of warning to those who book on a mobile device !! Camplify DO NOT show the day rates when you book, so when you book, do your math and check the totals. If they dont add up dont book it. Eg: Mine was 140 dollars for the first day then 400 dollars for the following three. Quiet deceptive and disappointing, Ive learnt you can only see these rates when you book on a desktop computer. Stay savvy people this platform isnt the greatest and sneaky and deceptive things can happen.
