Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jason 3.5The water tank cap came off after pick up & tank had split in hose so no water once onsite, had to pick up in the dark as he got dates wrong for pick up so handover was a bit rushed, all in all camping was ok but not the best experience overall
