  • In the event of an emergency:

  • ⚠️ 2. DAMAGE OR ACCIDENTS
  • Please report all damage or accidents immediately.
  • •Collect all details from other parties involved: name, phone number, licence (front & back) and insurance information
  • • Then call Terry on 📱 0475 676 513
  • 🚭 3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING
  • • Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the camper.
  • • Heavy fines apply if odours are detected. Additional cleaning or replacement of furnishings may be charged if required.
  • 🛏️ 4. LINEN
  • • BYO linen or linen hire can be arranged for an additional fee.
  • 💧 5. WATER
  • • Water tanks are full at pickup.
  • • Hirers must monitor and refill water as needed during the trip using potable (drinking) water only.
  • • Turn off the water pump when not in use to avoid draining or damage.
  • 🧼 6. CLEANING
  • • Please return the camper in a clean and tidy condition.
  • • Excess cleaning may incur a fee.
  • 🐾 7. PETS
  • • Pets are welcome!
  • • Please clean up after them and ensure they don’t cause damage or odours.
  • • Any damage or extra cleaning due to pets may be charged to the hirer.
  • 📅 8. MINIMUM HIRE PERIODS (Peak Times)
  • • Public holidays and school holidays require a minimum 3day hire.
  • 🚗 9. DRIVING CONDITIONS
  • • Strictly no offroad, beach, or unsealed road driving.
  • 🧾 10. TOLLS, FINES & PARKING
  • • Any tolls, parking fines, or infringements must be paid upon return.
  • 🔁 11. HANDOVER & RETURN
  • • Please allow 30–60 minutes for handover and setup instructions.
  • • Return the camper in the same clean condition it was received.
  • 🌧️ 12. AWNING USE
  • • Always secure the awning with ropes and pegs.
  • • Pack away during bad weather or high winds to avoid damage.
  • • Damage due to improper use of the awning may result in charges.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
