Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Rhys 4.8Our family of 5 had a great time hiring this camper trailer! Heaps and heaps of room for 5 or 6 people. Michelle and Ash took the time to do a comprehensive handover, just make sure you let them know if you have a powered or unpowered site :) Thanks for a great experience.
Todd 4.5Great time away - van lost power first night but we had a generator so not an issue - gas bottles and water on empty but again we had our own so not an issue. No toilet/ shower/ hot water as advertised. Still had a great time loved how easy the opus 4 is and Michelle and ash are lovely to deal with.
