Special towing information
This TVAN is fitted with a 3.5t Al-ko Off-Road 50mm Ball Coupling. If required, a ball will be provided and installed upon collection. An Elecbrakes bluetooth brake controller will also be supplied with the trailer. This will not be required if your vehicle is fitted with an electronic brake controller. PLEASE ADVISE AT TIME OF BOOKING IF YOU INTEND TO USE THE AIR CONDITIONER AS IT REQUIRES AN EXTERNAL 240V POWER SOURCE ALONG WITH SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS ON USAGE. CAN BE TAKEN OFF ROAD WITH PRIOR APPROVAL, PLEASE ADVISE IN BOOKING REQUEST YOUR INTENDED LOCATION. AN OUTBACK CLEANING FEE WILL APPLY FOR ANY OFF-ROAD TRAVEL ON RED DIRT. The TVAN must be experienced to understand all that it offers. A handover including full instructions on how to setup tent, tropical roof, sail awning, kitchen and other features will be provided upon collection (allow 1-2 Hours).
Hiring rules
- • Please allow minimum 3 days notice prior to booking.
- • Off Road: Please contact me to discuss you offroad trip. OffRoad is not allowed without prior consent.
- • The van is to be returned in same condition it was taken. ie, All surfaces wiped down and excessive dirt washed off. Vacuum and clear any rubbish.
- * Flexible pickup and drop off times upon request.
- * Minimum booking period may change during peak periods.
- * No smoking inside the van and tent.
- * Please report any and all damage while on hire.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Super simple to tow, quick to set up/pack up, comfortable bed, great kitchen, and perfect for the two of us. We were sorry to have to give it back at the end of the week.
