Minimum Hire Periods for Victorian Dates: 4 days for off-peak periods 4 days for public holiday weekends 5 days for school holidays Pick-Up and Drop-Off Times: Pick-up: From 8 AM on the first day of your hire Drop-off: By 4 PM on the last day (We’re happy to negotiate a different time if needed – just let us know!) Handover Time: Please allow 30 minutes to 1 hour for handover, depending on your experience with the van. Optional Extras: Webber Q 2000 BBQ with aluminium table and BBQ utensils is available for an additional $50.00 per booking.
Hiring rules
- Caravan Rules & Conditions
- No Smoking inside the caravan at any time.
- No offroad travel is permitted.
- No festivals – please respect the intended use for family holidays.
- Mattress Underlay: The underlay provided for the mattresses must be used to protect the bedding.
- Cleanliness: The caravan must be returned in the same clean condition, both inside and out. Failure to do so may incur a $150.00 cleaning fee. This includes wiping down the fridge, benches, stovetop/grill, and floor.
- Dishes: All dishes must be cleaned, dried, and stored back in the cupboards or drawers before return.
- Bed Linen: Please remove the underlay and bottom sheets before storing the beds away so we can machine wash them upon your return.
- Damage Report: Please report any damage, no matter how minor, including scratches, broken or missing items.
- Bunks: The bunks are suitable for children only.
- Bond/Penalty: A bond will be held, and penalties may apply for noncompliance with any of the above rules. The caravan will be inspected upon return to ensure everything is in order.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
