SERVICE FEE - Covers the amenities, linen supply, full disinfect cleaning, restocking of supplies and gas bottle refills.

Hiring rules
- 1. Please keep the van on the bitumen road only as insurance does not cover use on unsealed roads.
- 2. Hirer must empty toilet cassette before returning.
- 3. We take pride in the cleanliness of the van and ask that it be returned as received.
- 4. The 'Per booking service fee' covers gas bottle refills, basic pantry items, cleaning products, toilet paper and bathroom items and linen. It also includes a professional clean to the inside and outside of the van to ensure that cleanliness expectations are met. An additional cleaning fee may be applied if the van is returned in a noticeable dirty state.
- 5. Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- 6. No Smoking in or around the van please
- 7. Report all damages no matter how minor you think it is
- 8. Range Hood must be used when cooking inside
- 9. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- 10. EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise you on how to contact NRMA.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
