Hiring rules

• Experience VIP glamping.
• Minimum 3 day hire for locations up to 50km from Wallington Bellarine Peninsula Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Marcus Hill, Point Lonsdale, Queenscliffe, Portarlington, St Leonard, Indented Heads; Torquay; Anglesea.
• Our van is available for delivery (not hirer tow) to locations within 50 km of Wallington.
• For locations 020km = $150.00; 2150km = $250.00. This accounts for delivery, setup, pack up and collection.
• There is an additional charge payable(to cover ferry costs) for locations on the Mornington Peninsula; an additional $300.00.
• Please get in touch if you're wishing for delivery for greater than 50km. We may be able to assist you.
• TRAILER LOCK: is supplied with hire and will be fitted throughout hire period.
• TOILET & SHOWER: Outside camp toilet and outside hot shower available with hire. There is no fixed toilet/shower inside. Please specify if you would like the portable toilet and shower enclosure included in the hire.
• STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside "Comfy Chloe".
• CLEANLINESS: The van will be in clean condition and we ask that you return it as you found it.
• WEBER BBQ and stand are available at no extra fee, please just specify the request in the booking request.
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, please report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
