Hiring rules
- No Smoking in the van
- All equipment and fittings must be treated with care and returned clean
- Awning must not be left unattended (wind damage is the hirer`s responsibility)
- The caravan is not to be driven above 100km/h
- Pick up and return times must be agreed prior to hire
- Late returns may incur an additional daily hire (unless agreed prior)
- Water tanks refilled
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
