If you are going to pick the van up and tow it yourself, please make sure the plug fitting will fit your car. Please also make sure your car is equipped with electric brakes and a towing capacity of 3.5T. You may also need an anderson plug if you are using the fridge to keep it running whilst you are driving. Please let me know these details when booking the van.

• *No smoking inside the van at any time. Please be aware of smoke entering the van from outside
• *Pets will need to be approved. This will depend on size and behaviour of the pet
• *Servicing fee $30.00 and contributes to the cost of consumables such as gas, water, prehandover cleaning, toilet chemicals and toilet paper and safety checks.
• (Please note that this fee does not cover the general cleaning of the van)
• Delivery and pick up times will be organised when booking is secure

  Perfect size van for our first van experience! We loved the comfort on rainy days and the a/c was solid during our hire period (it didn't rest, nor did it fault). The extra fans were a bonus - esp on the bunks. The partition by the bunks allowed our kids to use this area to change with privacy (and of course closing the blinds on each bunk). The Weber was handy for bbq & frying. Indoor kitchen was great when needed on rainy days. Oven was a bonus and the microwave was a lifesaver for our whole family! Total blackout when the curtains were down during bedtime. Good quality plates, bowls, cutlery & utensils. I hardly had to pack anything! Great storage space - we even used the dinette table as a bed on 2-nights for one of our kids, but then needed the table for board/card games & laptop work late at night (grateful for powered sites!). There was a small drizzle/leak from one of the windows due to heavy rain overnight, but Megan popped in almost instantly and fixed it. Pleased that Megan was very prompt in her communication and was so easy to deal with. Lovely to meet you Megan and thank you for letting us use your van!

  Megan and Dave delivered and set up the van for us. They showed us all we need to know for a perfect stay. There was a hiccup with the hot water not working but they promptly came & fixed for us. Pack up & removal of the van was quick and easy too. Thanks so much.
