Hiring rules
- TOW
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Smoking inside
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Mel 5.0Friendly and helpful - lots of little extras in the van like cling wrap/alfoil/basic pantry which came in handy and meant we did not need to go and purchase them. Nick was prompt to respond to any of our questions during the stay also.
