Special towing information
Self tow available on application with previous towing experience - Vehicle must be fitted with electric brake control unit, a 3.5 tonne towing capacity, a 12 pin flat glug, an anderson plug and extension mirrors. These are a prerequisite if you are wanting to tow the van yourself. Adaptors my only be used if previously discussed and approval is given. Alternatively, TRAXX can be delivered to a site of your choice and have everything setup for you at a cost $2/km relocation and a set up fee of $100.00

Additional information
TRAXX is a great family caravan that can sleep a family of 4 with a queen bed in front and large bunks at the back. There is a sink, fridge, microwave, dinette, cutlery and plates cooking utensils etc., ample cupboards and storage space, air-conditioning, television, dvd and stereo system, and bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Camp table and chairs. Minimum 2 day booking, except during School holiday periods where the minimum booking is 4 days for April and September holidays and 7 days for December holidays. Hiring rules
- Hirer must return the van in a clean and tidy manner and the chemical toilet must be emptied prior to returning the van.
- Any alterations to the length of stay and time of pickup or return will be considered but are dependent on other bookings.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
