Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Stephen is amazing to deal with and gives you a thorough run through of the functions and how to set up correctly. Highly recommend. We had 2 adults 2 kids and a baby. This van had more than enough room and tows amazing.
