Additional information
No off road. Must stay within CQ locality for insurances purposes. Unless we can come up with a written agreement. No pets. Must have correct towage/vehicle No number two's in toilet please. Fee will incur.
Hiring rules
- No smoking in van.
- Van is to be returned clean as it was at pickup otherwise a cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will apply (rubbish removed, fridge clean, surfaces wiped, floors swept).
- Toilet casette must be emptied and rinsed if the toilet has been used, if the toilet casette is returned partially full then a casette emptying fee of $200.00 will apply.
- Avoid towing at night time
- No off road usage
- Always have a spotter to reduce chances of any panel damage
- Awning must not be left unattended awning must also be secured with pegs and straps
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
