Hiring rules
- Hirer must return our caravan clean (inside & out), with the toilet empty and all items washed and put back into place otherwise a $300.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- PETS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
- MINIMUM $100.00 DELIVERY FEE
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, bowls and plates however all large and due to having young children we brought along plates, bowls and cutlery for the kids. Great communication by Heather. Would definitely recommend.

Heather was super helpful with all the questions we had. Gracie was a big van, but my husband found it easy to tow. Highly recommend hiring this van for your next trip away!
