- 🚙 Need a Tow Vehicle? No problem! We have 4 wellequipped tow vehicles available. Hire one with any caravan and receive a 10% discount on the tow vehicle's daily rate (subject to availability).
- 🔄 Reversing & Parking: Always wind down windows, assess the area, and use a spotter to guide you safely while watching for obstacles and traffic.
- 📦 PackUp Checklist:
- ✔️ Secure all roof hatches, TV antenna, and steps before towing.
- ✔️ Store all loose items properly to prevent damage.
- 🌬️ Awning Use:
- ✔️ Use your awning like a hat—great when weather permits, but pack it away in strong winds.
- ✔️ Even with antiflap kits, manufacturers recommend retracting awnings in windy/stormy conditions.
- ⚠️ Most awning damage is preventable—misuse will result in full loss of excess!

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
