Hiring rules

• HIRING RULES – Please Read Carefully
• 🔒 Booking & Payment: Deposit must be paid within 48 hours of acceptance
• 🚭 No Smoking: Strictly no smoking or vaping inside
• 🧼 Clean Return Policy: Van must be returned clean cleaning items are provided.
• 🚽 Toilet Cassette: Must be emptied and cleaned prior to return.
• 🌬️ Awning Use: Retract awning if unattended or during windy/wet weather.
• 🔐 Security: Lock the van whenever unattended.
• 📸 Damage or Accidents: Any damage, breakages or accidents must be reported immediately send message via Camplify.
• 🏕️ OffGrid Use / Unpowered Site: Must be disclosed prior. Any damage caused to batteries will be treated as damage and charged accordingly.
• GENERAL RULES
• * Towing Responsibility – Ensure your vehicle meets the required towing capacity
• * No Smoking or Vaping – A $500.00 cleaning fee applies if this is not followed
• * Pets Allowed (Conditions Apply) – Select Pet Fee options. All pet hair & mess must be cleaned.
• * No Loose Items on the Floor INCLUDING BIKES/ SCOOTERS – Store everything in cupboards or appropriate places to prevent damage while driving
• * Weight Distribution – Extra items must be packed evenly; ask if unsure
• * No OffRoad or Beach Driving – Up to 10km of dirt road to campsites is allowed; drive to road conditions
• * Use Sheets on Beds – Even when using a sleeping bag. Dirty or stained mattress protectors incur a cleaning fee
• * Report Any Damage – Even minor issues should be reported so we can fix them for the next hire
• * Cleaning Responsibility – Caravan must be returned free of mud, sand, pet hair & red dust unless the cleaning fee is selected as an Optional Extra. Please return the van in similar condition as handover. Up to $199.00 cleaning fee applies if not followed.
• * Toilet Cleaning – Failure to empty cassette & clean toilet will result in a $119.00 fee.

• 🧹 CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES
• * Wash dishes & pack away; wipe benches, stove, bathroom, shower & toilet; empty & wipe fridge; dispose of rubbish; sweep floors.
• * Cleaning supplies included: Dishwashing liquid & cloth, surface wipes, dustpan & broom.
• * Additional Cleaning Charges Apply:
• • Excess Cleaning Fee: Up to $199.00
• • Excess pet hair/mess: Up to $199.00
• • Excess dirt/red dust/mud: Up to $500.00
• • Stained/Missing Hire Linen: Professional laundering fee or replacement cost

• 🆘 EMERGENCY / BREAKDOWNS
• Stop, assess the situation & contact Camplify on (02) 4075 2000 to connect with NRMA Roadside Assist.
• Take as many photos as possible and notify us via text to let us know what has happened.

• 🏕 AWNING RESPONSIBILITY
• We recommended to pack awnings away when unattended & during bad weather
• * Never detach awning legs from the caravan – keep them in Aframe position or use awning tiedowns straps
• * Setup with one side slightly lower to allow for rain to run off
• * Damaged awnings = insurance claim

• 🐾 PET RULES
• Small pets considered (must be preapproved).
• * No traces of pet hair – $200.00 cleaning fee if not followed
• * Pet fee required when booking
• * Hirer liable for any pet damage
• * Pets must not be left unattended inside the caravan

• Can be driven short distances to get to campsite please inform us at the time of your booking; Additional underbody cleaning fee may apply if mud / dirt
