Had a marvellous holiday in Port Stephens using the van as the base for exploring the area. The van was a home away from home with all the facilities to make the stay comfortable

The Van was great, had all the advertised amenities.. Moreover the communication with the owners (Tash) was unbelievable, she is the best in every way. I would not rent anywhere else even if it was for free...

The van was a little disappointing. Didnt cone with a bbq as stated, the fridge worked on gas only and that was intermittently. One of the gas bottles was empty, and the toilet smelt and hadnt been emptied before hand over.

We had an Awsome time and the van was clean and tidy however we did have an issue with the tv being broken and the fridge not working on electricity and had to run it on gas the whole time but where only minor things everything else was excellent

We had a fantastic experience hiring from Signature Caravan Hire. The van was spotless, well set up and perfect for our family getaway. Communication was clear and friendly. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and we felt well looked after. We would absolutely hire from them again and highly recommend them to others.

The van was fantastic. Towed without any issues behind my 2018 Prado. The setup was easy and everything we needed was included. The van was clean and very comfortable. We had an amazing weekend. This was my first time in a caravan and I was a little unsure at the start. Tash took the time to answer my questions before hiring and I felt more confident after talking to her. Handover was great, showing me how everything works etc. We had a couple of little issues that were sorted out quickly. One of the issues turned out to be my trailer adapter but they helped me fix that too. Its hard to find service like that these days. Im happy to recommend Tash and will definitely be back to hire again. Might try one of their other vans next time. Ill be telling everyone I know how good these guys are.

Tash was a pleasure to deal with - unfortunately personal circumstances meant our holiday was cut very short so we didnt get full use of the caravan - regardless we would highly recommend them
