We do not provide linen. You will need to bring towels, sheets, doonas and/or sleeping bags, pillows and pillowcases. Please Note: All beds (1 Queen & 2 single bunks) are fitted with waterproof mattress protectors, but beds MUST be covered with a sheet for protection from dirt etc, even if using a sleeping bag. PLEASE NOTE: The overall van length is 26ft (8m) which you will need to specify if booking into caravan parks to ensure a suitable site. The internal living area is 19ft. Delivery Fee inclusions: We deliver to an area up to 100kms from our home base of Miriam Vale. The fee ($3.00) is calculated per km travelled and includes set up and pack up of the van at your chosen location. You simply arrive ready to relax and unwind. **Delivery times are subject to the availability of drivers. Service Fee inclusions: - Gas - Pre & Post Hire cleaning & restocking the caravan amenities & pantry. - Walk through on delivery day. **Service Fee is not negotiable.

Hiring rules

• No smoking inside.
• Van not permitted to be relocated without owner consent.
• Awning should be packed away in extreme wind/weather events.
• Hirer to sweep van and perform a basic clean before pickup. Excessive mess/mud/dirt will incur an extra cleaning charge.
• This is our "second home", please look after it as though it was your own!

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had a nice stay in the caravan! The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Before our arrival, the they took care of the delivery and set-up, so everything was ready and waiting for us when we got there. We appreciated the flexibility they offered, making the entire process stress-free. When it was time to leave, all we had to do was gather our things, and they handled the pickup and breakdown. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free caravan experience

  We used Pearly Good as a self contained unit next to our house for a relative from New Zealand to stay in. Her comments was "it's like living in a palace".
