Hiring rules

• Absolutely no smoking which includes Vapes
• No offroad
• No festivals
• Hirer age restrictions (21 or 25)
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• RV must return cleaned or risk a fee
• Standard pickup / dropoff times are Business hours 6 days a week
• No freecamping
• Caravan to Stay in Qld TOW
• **NO FISH to be kept in the fridge, please bring your own cooler******
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• CLEANING Return the van in clean condition includes all equipment inc BBQ id used. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• COOKING/BBQ GAS Return FULL refilled from petrol stations with Elgas
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.

  Cosy Betty was a beautiful van to holiday in and Sarah was fantastic!! The van has everything you need for a trip away so all you need to bring are clothes and food. Sarah was so quick with all communication and even left some nice little easter treats in the van for myself and my pups! The van is spacious, very clean, the shower is surprisingly large for a van shower and the little washing machine in the van came in handy. Overall a beautiful van to stay in and Sarah is a fantastic host. Thanks Sarah for making our stay at Woodgate so easy and lovely!

  Cosy Betty was just the right size for our needs and was extremely comfortable. It travelled well and it exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic holiday and would do it again. The van contains everything we needed to ensure our holiday was great. Highly recommend the van for a couple or single person.
