If you do not wish to do these tasks please select the correct option in the extras section - failure to do this will result in a cost to you ** WHAT DOES THE CAMPLIFY BOOKING FEE COVER? - Nationwide roadside assistance with NRMA/RACQ etc - 24 hour customer helpline - Emergency accommodation protection INSURANCE - All Caravans at JATT Caravan Hire are comprehensively insured - The policy does not cover accidental underbody damage caused from off-road use. - The minimum age to tow any of our caravans or camper trailers is 25.

Hiring rules

• Please No smoking inside the Van additional cleaning fees will apply.
• All caravans/tow vehicles have GPS Trackers fitted.
• If the caravan is not returned by the due time and date as per the booking, any recovery costs will be payable by the hirer.
• Any traffic infringements during the hire will be signed over to the primary booking holder
• The awning must be put away during any rain and wind to prevent damage to it.
• The van must be returned CLEAN, TIDY and Toilet EMPTIED unless you have paid extra for us to clean it for you under extra products.
• PLEASE NOTE When the toilet red light comes on, it is full and must be emptied before continuing to use. If the toilet overflows, there is a $150.00 cleaning surcharge. This may be charged on top of the toilet emptying fee, if you selected "Clean the chemical toilet for me" option and you let it overflow.

  I really can't fault our experience with Jason. As first time towers, we were really nervous and there was a lot of new information to take in at the handoff. I really appreciated Jason's patience as we asked our questions and wrangled out two kids in the process. Any questions we had following the handoff, was either answered in the walk-through videos he sent us or with a quick message to Jason. Highly recommend to new and experienced towers.
