Hiring rules

• Please No smoking inside the Van additional cleaning fees will apply.
• All caravans/tow vehicles have GPS Trackers fitted.
• If the caravan is not returned by the due time and date as per the booking, any recovery costs will be payable by the hirer.
• Any traffic infringements during the hire will be signed over to the primary booking holder
• The awning must be put away during any rain and wind to prevent damage to it.
• The van must be returned CLEAN, TIDY and Toilet EMPTIED unless you have paid extra for us to clean it for you under extra products.
• PLEASE NOTE When the toilet red light comes on, it is full and must be emptied before continuing to use. If the toilet overflows, there is a $150.00 cleaning surcharge. This may be charged on top of the toilet emptying fee, if you selected "Clean the chemical toilet for me" option and you let it overflow.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  This was by far the best hire experience I have had so far! Jason was amazing to work with as he was quick to communicate, provided clear handover instructions and guidance and was accommodating with desired pick-up and drop-off times. The caravan we hired was perfect for our family, looked and felt brand new, it was spacious, luxurious and had all the comforts you get from being at home. I would highly recommend Jason and Jatt Caravan Hire and I look forward to hiring again for our next holiday!
