Hiring rules

• Pets will be considered but must be nominated in the initial request for hire. Approval is not automatic.
• Failure to nominate pets traveling with you could result in forfeiture of bond monies.
• No smoking inside the van.
• Please return the van in the condition it was when picked up. Excessive cleaning will incur an additional charge.
• Awnings must be packed away before bad weather (strong wind) arises.
• Standard pickup time is anytime on the first full day hire and dropoff by 7PM on the return date.
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call for assistance.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it to Caplify immediately who, what, where, and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had a fantastic time with the leisure bean. From the time we requested it until after we had finished with it, the communication was prompt and clear. Handover was thorough and the van was in perfect condition, supplied with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a trip. Our experience with the bean, Murray and Charleen was great and we would happily recommend them and hopefully use it again!

  First time hiring a Bean to camp in. Was a wonderful experience. Was exactly as advertised and Murray was excellent to deal with and explained everything in detail. The Bean was so comfy and had everything you needed for a couple of days away, bed was really comfy and roomy. Everything was provided from washing up products to condiments, even a complimentary bottle of wine and some sweet biscuits. Would definitely recommend and would book again in a heart beat.
