Rita the Retreat is perfectly setup for comfortable extended holiday for two and a great way to get out and explore WA. She is open, light and spacious and offers all of the comforts of home in a versatile and easy to tow caravan. With a queen sized bed large living area and self contained bathroom facilities she's like a one bed apartment on wheels! There is ample cooking facilities and refrigeration along with a comfortable seating area and a large awning for outdoor dining. Hiring rules

  • CLEANING: Please return the vehicle in the same condition as you collected. All dishes must be cleaned and returned where you found them. Failure to return a clean van will result in an additional charge of $150.00.
  • Strictly NO SMOKING inside or around the vehicle
  • AWNING: The awning MUST be retracted in windy conditions or if the van is going to be left unattended.
  • ROAD RESTRICTION: The caravan must only be driven on sealed roads and in compliance with all road laws and regulations. If you wish to take off road, please discuss with us before booking. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the insurance coverage.
  • TOILET: Toilet canister MUST be empty on return or a cleaning fee will apply of $250.00.
  • No burning candles inside the van
  • We have a ''you break it you pay for it'' policy
  • Pets considered on application, $50.00 pet fee will apply
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    I think the van was priced very fairly and Rob was easy to deal with. The van has everything you need including a gas bbq which we utilised. It towed well and was easy to set up.
